Download Festival organisers were blown away by the festivals debut in Melbourne this year, they have already confirmed a return for 2019, as well as adding Sydney to the tour. “We could not be happier with how Download rolled out in 2018,” says Download Festival programmer Nigel Melder. “The warmth and support from the heavy music community was unprecedented. From fans to industry and media the love has been out of this world.
