The Zen Sessions: Episode 3 – Todd Kerns

Welcome to episode 3 of the zen sessions, we are glad to have you with us once again and we hope you
enjoyed our chat with Clint from Something For Kate, and don’t forget their new album The Modern
Medievil is out now, so make sure you go and pick up a copy, and follow them online for all the
up to date news on the band

Speaking of socials, make sure you are following Hear2Zen on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram for all
the up to date news, interviews and more. We will also be launching a Patreon site soon, where you will
find exclusive content, merch and more, but for now onto Episode 3.

Todays episode actually started way back in March 2020. While we were all stuck at home in the first wave
of lock downs I reached out to my good friend Todd Kerns to have a chat. Todd is a talented Multi Instrumentalist
and Producer playing with the likes of Slash ft Myles Kennedy & The Conspirators, Toque, Age Of Electric and more.

He is also an accomplished solo artist in his own right, and while I am none of those things, Todd and I share
one thing in common, our love for the band Kiss. We have shared many chats usually accompanied by coffee about
our favourite band, and this time we go a little deep and talk about our favourite obscure songs and more. This
chat got lost to the technology overlords for a long time, and only recently was recovered, and i am
really happy to share it with you all, so, here is Drew and Dammit Chat Kiss. Volume 1

Hope you enjoyed that chat with Todd, he is one of my favourite people and a constant source of inspiration
personally and professionally. Make sure you follow Todd on socials to keep up to date with his many projects including his newest Minefield, which also features Jeremy Asbrock and Matt Starr from The Ace Frehley Band along
with Brandon Fields. They have two great tracks out “Home” and “Alone Together” that you should all check out.
Thanks again for tuning in to The Zen Sessions and we look forward bringing you Episode 4 soon. Who will be our guest?

Come back and find out, but for now, thanks for listening and see you next time!
