The Big Rock Tour brought the fire, the fun and ferocity to Brisbane From the time the lights dropped for Landmvrks , then to Papa Roach bringing the fire, before A Day To Remember covered the crowd in TP and Confetti, the energy stayed high, proving heavy music is as vibrant and welcoming as ever.

Landmvrks kicked off the night with huge Vibes The Marseille five-piece proved openers are essential. Kicking off with “Creature,” they practically rattled the building and left newcomers stunned. Even in the opening slot, Florent Salfati’s vocal delivery of equal parts rage and melody resonated. Their set was a full-on adrenaline surge, peaking with “Self Made Black Hole” and creating a genuine audience connection moment.

Next up were the Arena-Level Showstoppers Papa Roach. They bring big production, energy , pyro, fog, mixed with modern technology. Jacoby Shaddix reminded everyone why he’s a top-tier frontman, even diving into the crowd during “To Be Loved.” They balanced chaos with heart, spotlighting mental health and turned phones into a shimmering sea for “Leave a Light On.” A new track, “Braindead,” teased what’s next before the whole arena erupted into a singalong for “Last Resort.”

Last up, A Day To Remember, brought insane heaviness, and melodies, but also the party. Transforming the Brisbane Entertainment Centre the venue into a visual playground with a digital mountain backdrop. Kicking into “The Downfall Of Us All” . Frontman Jeremy McKinnon playing up to the media contingent to make sure they all got the perfect shot.“ Between heavier cuts from Big Ol Album Vol. 1 and playful moments like a Mario-suited T-shirt cannon and a cheeky tribute to Nickelback, the night was pure fun. The acoustic “If It Means A Lot To You” hit like a warm hug, and they closed on the euphoric “All Signs Point to Lauderdale” — TP, streamers and all.

Brisbane left buzzing, ears ringing and hearts full — a night that felt like the benchmark for live shows in 2026. 🤘✨
